Founder Ryan Bransome is a former professional butler, and had the idea for U-Crew while stranded in the Bahamas during the pandemic. Struggling to find a last-minute pilot and replacement yacht crew for his boss, he realised the industry needed something better: a way to reach beyond his own network.
